Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new business from insurance brokerages, with a focus on HNW and international client segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, international brokerage firms, and independent financial advisors.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokerage partners, providing expertise on tailored insurance solutions for HNW clients.

  • Collaborate with internal underwriting, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke insurance proposals.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in HNW and cross-border insurance markets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and broker engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within insurance brokerage or life insurance, with proven exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments.

  • Strong existing network of contacts within insurance brokerages, preferably including international or regional brokerage firms.

  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, wealth preservation solutions, and estate planning for HNW clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
